Over 4000 people are expected to take part in this years DIFC sponsored run in Victoria park and it promises to be a fun way to raise money and support your favourite charity.
Even if you’re not in peak shape this run is still possible, with a little training and a touch of determination anyone can join in. There is a 5k and a 10k option so all ability and skill levels are covered and, most importantly, the spirit of the event is all about taking part rather than winning so anyone involved can choose to run, jog or walk, it’s entirely up to you.
If you fancy doing something good and making sure you’re not on Santa’s naughty list in time for Christmas, register on the DIFC site and pick your charity from the list. Then dig out those running shoes and get warmed up.
All runners will be provided with a free Santa suit before the starting gun is fired and once everyone is on their way, this sea of Santas is something to beho ho ho hold!
