Celebrating the capital’s love affair with coffee since 2011, the London Coffee Festival promises to be bigger and better than ever when it returns to the Old Truman Brewery in East London on April 30th for four days of caffeine-fuelled fun.
Having quickly established itself as an unmissable event for the capital’s ever growing population of coffee connoisseurs, this year’s festival looks set to build on its success with 250 artisan coffee and food stalls and over 22,000 expected visitors. Whether you’re an unapologetic coffee snob or just coffee-curious, the London Coffee Festival is guaranteed to satisfy your every caffeine craving.
This year’s event delves even deeper into the art and science behind coffee with live demonstrations from world-class baristas and a mind-boggling array of cutting edge coffee preparation techniques and technological innovation in The Lab.
2015 also sees the introduction of Coffee Masters, a fast-paced multi-disciplinary barista competition that promises to get the pulse racing more quickly than a quadruple espresso. Designed by Allegra and coffee creative duo DunneFrankowski, Coffee Masters is a never before seen knockout showdown to establish the best barista in town.
