Lady Dinah’s Cat Emporium is London’s first ever cat café!
Cat cafes are popular in Japan and Austria and first started popping in 1998 and 16 years later they have finally made their furry way to London.
The Lady Dinah 2 hour cat emporium experience allows you to kick back with 12 rescue cats while enjoying cream tea with a choice of scones and pastries accompanied with a range of teas.
The emporium is made up of three sections including a cat garden which is for cats only if they want a bit of piece and quite, an area where people can mix with the cats and another where food and drink will be served and prepared.
The project began last year January when creator, Lauren Pears, turned to crowd funding to source the project and raised £109,000 to build her feline fantasy.
The café is filled with faux-vintage furnishings, cat toys galore, cat cushions and even a cat wheel!
There are also a number of mini cat-friendly staircases along the walls which gives the cats a safe haven when they tire of pesky humans.
